Direct farmer engagement to co-create credible sourcing strategies, connect and learn.
These sessions bring live intelligence from the field into strategic decision-making, helping leaders connect sustainability ambition, commercial reality and supply chain resilience.
Members attend to explore topics such as:
What farmers need to unlock investment and long-term confidence
How procurement models, incentives and targets affect farm viability
What makes them different
Shaped first by farmers’ lived reality, grounded in live commercial and policy pressure, and designed to break leaders out of their own organisational bubbles.
It creates honest, cross-value-chain dialogue that is rarely possible in traditional industry forums.
What members leave with
Direct insight into what supports long-term farm resilience
Practical starting points they can take back into their teams
These sessions are made up of both farmer-only sessions and farmer and business member sessions
Farmer and business member sessions
This session is a chance to hear directly from farmers and businesses about how the current operating environment is affecting them.
Each farmer will share briefly what's happening on their farm right now. What's working, what's under pressure, and where their priorities currently sit.
Businesses are invited to share what they're seeing from their end of the system: pressures, shifts in approach, or where things are starting to work.
The conversation will be shaped by what's live for the people in the room, intending to build a shared, honest picture of where things stand and where attention is needed.
Farmer-only sessions
A confidential, farmer-led forum where challenges are shared and a space where your experience drives impact: directly influencing Future Food Movement’s agenda, informing key industry events and shaping how climate, health and nature priorities are understood from the ground up.
Why attend?
Be heard: Share what's working on your farm and help spotlight real-world solutions.
Connect: Join like-minded farmers for open, honest exchange.
Collaborate: Influence the future of food

Hearing directly from farmers about rising cost pressures brought real immediacy to the wider macro environment. The candour in the room was both sobering and invaluable, offering insight we can take back into our teams. Just as powerful was the strength of the peer community, creating a trusted sounding board in what can often be an isolated role.
